Phyllis Mullins has dedicated much of her life to Christian education and currently serves as a third-grade teacher at Portland Christian School. Her long-standing commitment to PCS reflects both her professional calling and personal connection to the school.

Phyllis married Earl C. Mullins Jr., a fellow member of the PCS Class of 1971, on October 12, 1974. Together, they have three children, all of whom are PCS alumni. Phillip graduated in 1995, Matthew in 2004, and Michael in 2009. Their family has continued to grow and now includes nine grandchildren, Annie, Amelia, Evie, Sam, Raylan, Mattox, Iliad, Wilder, and Indiana, along with one great-grandchild, Layla.

Phyllis earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University Southeast in 1974. Her legacy at PCS continues through generations of students and family members whose lives have been shaped by Christian education.
