Meredith Elmore is currently serving as the Upper School Performing Arts Teacher at Portland Christian School. As a PCS alumna, returning to teach in the theater program holds special meaning for her. During her student years, the theater program was a place of creative freedom, growth, and belonging. She considers it an honor to carry on the legacy of the program, especially after taking over following the retirement of one of her favorite teachers, Betty Ann Schreiner.

Meredith earned her Humanities degree from Boyce College and also holds an ESL certificate. Beyond the classroom, she remains passionate about missions and global service. In March, Meredith will help lead a missions trip to Poland alongside fellow alumni Hunter Mitchell and Paula Tucker. This will be her second time participating in the trip, and she looks forward to guiding others through the experience for the first time.
