Lisa Howard is a retired Certified Public Accountant who spent her professional career at Humana Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky. During her time at Humana, she served as Manager of State and Local Income Tax, overseeing the state and local income tax process for all Humana entities across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Louisville in 1984. She was the valedictorian of her high school senior class and received special recognition for passing the CPA exam on her first attempt.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lisa has pursued a wide range of personal interests and ministry opportunities. She is an accomplished church pianist, choir member, and has participated in mission trips. Lisa has written a Gospel tract used to share Christ in India, which has been translated, printed, and distributed in English and Telugu, with Tamil currently in process. She has taken Spanish classes, volunteered with Hispanic churches, taught ESL, learned ice skating as an adult, and enjoys playing pickleball. Lisa is also a devoted cat lover.
