Daniel Grimes is currently working as a land surveyor alongside his father and fellow PCS alumnus, Nathan Grimes, at Renaissance Design Build in Sellersburg, Indiana. In his work, Daniel enjoys uncovering the history behind each property and piecing together survey data like an intricate puzzle. His appreciation for both precision and history makes the profession especially meaningful to him.

Daniel has been married to Felicity since October 9, 2010. Together, they have two daughters, Blair and Palmer, who both attend Portland Christian School as the fourth generation of their family to be part of the PCS community. The Grimes family legacy continues to grow through their deep and multigenerational connection to the school.

Daniel earned his associate degree in Surveying from Vincennes University in 2007. He remains grateful for the foundation he received at PCS and is proud to see that legacy continue through his own children.
